The Great Room |

| When stepping into Horseshoe Crossing you will feel you have arrived at a classic mountain chalet. The massive stone fireplace spans 30 feet high in the great room. This room combines a well stocked library of books and magazine to entertain every reader in your group, perfect for fire side reading. In front of the large wood burning fireplace is an overstuffed leather couch and chair, custom designed wood and glass coffee table, and hand forged iron chandelier. |

The Kitchen |

| The gourmet kitchen is a focal point of the great room. The kitchen features only the most modern of cooking conveniences, and meal preparation becomes part of the atmosphere as your guests join you at the two tiered island. |

Dining Room |

| Present your meal on the large harvest dining table for 8, with extensions available for 10. Seating is with comfort in mind, high back sturdy leather chairs help meal time be a long and relaxing affair. |

The Bar & Games Area |

| Retire to this area for a lively game of pool, or a card game at the bar. The bar is complete with all bar glasses, antique bar fridge, TV (for the latest sports game), CD player and custom lighting. |

| A small nook for TV watching (VHS and original Play Station) and reading, this area is often a favorite for the children and the parents…who find themselves seated below by the fireplace… (but within hearing distance of the kids). |

| At the end of a busy sports day, whether it is skiing in the winter or hiking in the summer, nothing is better than a hot tub under the stars, high up on the back deck amidst the forest of mountain pine. |

For our guests in the summer, enjoy the sunny sandy beaches of Penticton or the thrill of adventure as you mountain bike down Apex Mountain. For our guests in the fall, enjoy a short mountain bike ride to stunning Nickle Plate Lake, or take in one of the many vineyards and wineries that are a short drive from us. Winter is all about discovering how much fun in the snow you can have, whether it is skiing, skating or making snow angels. Spring can be time for hiking, and discovering fields of alpine flowers.
